Barcelona superstar, Lionel Messi, will force Neymar to snub a return to the Catalan club and sign for Real Madrid instead.
Messi's strained relationship with Neymar will hinder any stunning Nou Camp return for the Brazilian, according OK Diaro director, Eduardo Inda.
Inda said Neymar won't be moving back to Catalonia any time soon.
"Some think that Neymar is going back to Barcelona," he told OK Diaro.
"He cannot go back because of how things ended up with Messi and financial fair play.
"The relationship [with Messi] was regrettable. The relationship is exceptional."
The highly rated Brazilian forward left Camp Nou in August 2017, joining Paris Saint-Germain for a world-record £200m fee.
Inda, a respected Spanish journalist, also revealed that financial issues would prevent Ernesto Valverde from bringing him back.
He said that a mega move to Real Madrid is a possibility.
Inda added, "The financial fair play will prevent him from signing for Barca - he will come to Real Madrid."
