Tborgan, the younger brother of Chelsea forward, Eden Hazard, has said his elder brother will make the right decision regarding his future at Chelsea.
Hazard decided to stay at Stamford Bridge despite significant interest from Spanish giants Real Madrid and Thorgan believes his brother made the right decision at least for now.
Hazard had said that he was considering his future at the Stamford Bridge after the World Cup.
But the Belgian captain has since hit top form under new manager Maurizio Sarri and co-leads the Premier League scoring charts with seven goals.
Thorgan, who plays in the Bundesliga with Borussia Monchengladbach, said his older brother will think carefully before joining another club.
"Eden made the right decision to stay at Chelsea," he told Belgian newspaper HLN.
"Chelsea weren't keen on selling him and he had a strong start of the season.
"Real are in a complex period. They sacked their manager, key players left. They have to rebuild.
"I think Eden will see what happens at the end of the season. I know him. He's not thinking about a move right now.
"He will give everything for Chelsea. He doesn't want a clash with his club either. If he ever leaves, he will play it correctly."
