Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has said Eden Hazard has the potential to win everything with the club including the Ballon d'Or.
His statement comes at the time Real Madrid are in hot pursuit of the Belgian, with Hazard also not ruling out a dream move to the Bernabeu.
But the Italian tactician is doing all he can to keep the 27-year-old who has been the heart-beat of the Blues this season.
Just the previous week, the west London club's most priced asset revealed that a move to the Spanish capital would fulfill his ambitions.
However, speaking ahead of this weekend's game with Manchester United, Sarri said: "[Hazard] is a fantastic player.
"It will be important for us if he remains with us. Very, very important.
When asked if he had told Hazard of his Ballon d'Or dream, Sarri replied: "Not at the moment, because I have seen him for the first time in the last two weeks only yesterday.
"But I want to tell it to him very soon."
