Phillipe Coutinho has reportedly told the Barcelona to sign Brazil forward Roberto Firmino as replacement for Luis Suarez.
The 31-year-old has not been convincing for the Catalans since the start of this season - scoring just three goals in eleven appearances in all competitions.
He scored 25 goals from 33 La Liga outings and also created 12 assists in the La Liga in the 2017-18 season.
But he has not been able to replicate the form for the Blaugrana and they are hoping to land the Liverpool star to improving their scoring chances.
Reports from the Camp Nou reveal the La Liga champions are planning to make a move for the striker ahead of next summer as it could be impossible to sign him this January.
Meanwhile, SunSport reveal that Liverpool fans are reportedly angry at their former star for trying to lure him away Anfield.
They took to social media to express their displeasure over the his comments concerning the Brazilian.
One wrote: "It's going to happen again isn't it," alongside some crying emojis while another added: "Don't you dare speak to Bobby ".
A third wrote: "Barcelona will definitely be in for him this summer," and a fourth concluded: "I've got a Bobby Firmino phone case and this would be a major spanner in the works! "
