Mercy Aigbe has addressed the rumour that has been making rounds on social media.
A report by Stella Dimokokorkus Blog had suggested that Mercy didn't actually buy her mansion - which she showed off on social media some months back - with her own money, rather a 'Sugar Daddy' did. According to SDK, a prominent Governor was the one who bought the luxury mansion for the actress.
It was said that Governor was the reason Mercy left her Former husband after she was introduced to the him by fellow Nollywood star, Iyabo Ojo.
Though the writer wrote it in a way where there was no direct name calling, but you should get the gist.
Mercy Aigbe has now reacted to this report. She denied having an affair with any 'wealthy man', describing it as 'having no iota of truth'. She went on to say no one sees all the hard work she has been putting in for 15 years being an actor in the industry, but when she buys a house, they try to tag it to a wealthy man.
She sealed her writeup with a warning saying people should watch out, as her complex is coming.
She wrote;
