Arsenal thrash Qarabag to extend their winning streak in the Europa League

Three debutant goalscorers helped Arsenal maintain their decent start in the Europa League with a 3-0 victory over home side Qarabag in Azerbaijan on Thursday, October 4, 2018.
Greek defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos netted the first goal for Arsenal inside four minutes when he deflected a Nacho Monreal header beyond the wrong-footed Vagner in the Qarabag goal.

The second goal on the night came on 52 minutes from 18-year-old Emile Smith Rowe, who was marking his second Arsenal start, before Matteo Guendouzi ensured victory for the Unai Emery side with his first goal for the North London outfit, 11 minutes from duration time.

Arsenal did not concede during the encounter that had goalkeeper Bernd Leno in action and the German shot-stopper, did not disappoint after making three decent saves throughout the game in Baku.
Interestingly, with eighth straight win in all competitions, Arsenal now top Group E log with maximum points.

Arsenal will travel to Portugal to face Sporting Lisbon next.
