Italian League side side Monza are reportedly planning to sign Brazil legend Kaka barely one year after he retired from club football.
The 36-year-old former world footballer of the year last featured for an American soccer side Orlando City where he scored 24 goals in 75 appearances.
However, SunSport reports that the Serie C majority shareholder Silvio Berlusconi is interested in bringing the former AC Milan and Real Madrid out of retirement.
The former Italy Prime Minister was said to have sold his shares at AC Milan after 31 seasons last year before taking over at Monza last week, claiming a 100 per cent stake in the club.
Meanwhile, his aim of bringing the Brazilain out of retirement is to push for promotion and raise the profile of the club, and Kaka is seriously considering the offer according to Marca.
Kaka was part of the Brazilian team that won the 2002 FIFA World Cup which was co-hosted by Korea and Japan.
He also helped AC Milan to the Serie A title, the Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup in his six successful years at the San Siro.
After which he won the Ballon d'Or in 2007 and remains the last person other than Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi to win the award.
Kaka scored 29 goals in 92 appearances for his country's national team between 2002 and 2006 in which he won two Confederations Cups in 2005 and 2009.
