Chelsea summer signing Jorginho has set a new Premier League record in his side's goalless draw against West Ham United at the London Stadium on Sunday.
The Italy international completed a total 180 passes during the 90 minute encounter which saw the Blues dropped their first point this season.
Manchester City star Ilkay Gundogan held the record which was recently broken after completing 174 passes against Chelsea back in March.
The former Napoli star also set a new high for touches, recording 191 and passing his own record of 186 set in the victory over Newcastle earlier this season.
He joined the Blues this summer from Italian League side in a five year deal valued at £50 million deal.
The 26-year-old has also scored one once in six appearances EPL encounters for the Stamford Bridge outfit.
He and the new Blues boss Maurizio Sarri both worked together at Napoli - hence the reason he dumped his Man City move for the west London club.
However, the Sarri wants his team to dominate possession and Jorginho is certainly helping them do that, with the stats quite clearly backing up his influence according to TalkSport.
Chelsea were frustrated on the day, though, as their perfect start to the season was ended by a well-organised West Ham.
Jorginho almost created an opening in stoppage time with a delicious scooped ball into Willian, but the Brazilian squandered the opportunity and summarised Chelsea's wastefulness in front of goal.
