Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly prepared to allow Frenchman Paul Pogba leave the club when the January 2019 transfer window opens.
During the last transfer, Jose Mourinho told Manchester United board to get him Harry Maguire or Toby Alderweiereld, but United chiefs refused to sanction his request.
Since winning the 2018 World Cup title in France, Paul Pogba has been a target for Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona.
And according to the latest report by Don Balon, Jose Mourinho is ready to allow the ex Juventus star leave Old Trafford in exchange for Croatia international Ivan Rakitic.
Jose Mourinho is said to be determined to bring Ivan Rakitic to Old Trafford even though the 30-year-old is contracted to Barcelona until 2021.
The report also added that Mourinho believes he can convince Barcelona chairman Josep Maria Bartomeu to accept a straight swap for Paul Pogba.
