It will be Ronaldo's sixth hotel in his joint venture with his hospitality brand Pestana, and his latest establishment boasting of 210 rooms.
Ronaldo will supply half the investment, with the other half to be paid by Pestana, just like other hotels in the CR7 chain.
The cost of building the hotel is a whopping £53.4million, and will be reportedly be situated on the Gauche River in Paris.
The co-financier Pestana confirmed that the hotel will be ready in the next four years, and is "currently at the preliminary stage of its licensing".
Speaking on his upcoming project, Ronaldo said: "It makes perfect sense for the Pestana CR7 brand to be implemented in Paris.
"One of the most visited cities in the world and a destination that combines the perfect match of elegance and sophistication of the brand."
Chief Development Officer of the Pestana Hotel Group, Jose Roquette, added: "It is an extreme honour to see the Pestana CR7 Lifestyle Hotels brand footprint in one of the world's top tourist destinations.
"With this achievement we duplicate the brand's portfolio, with a focus on its international expansion, that reinforces its global visibility."
