The 31-year-old goalkeeper was found in a compromising position, slurring words and wobbling around on his feet with what appeared to be vomit on his clothes.
Lloris spent a night in the cells following his arrest at around 2.20am in Gloucester Place, Marylebone on August 24.
According to the Evening Standard, Lloris was spotted veering across the road in his KSh 14.9 million Porsche, and running a red light when it was stopped by central London police.
"Officers observed his speech was slurred, he was helped from the vehicle by an officer. He was unstable on his feet, and there was evidence of vomit in the scene," Prosecutor Henry Fitch said.
Lloris was so hammered he could barely get out of the driver's seat without being helped out by a a police officer.
Prosecution said that Lloris had a passenger in the car when he was pulled over by police.
"This is a very serious offence. It is pure luck your didn't have an accident and cause damage to other cars of possibly pedestrians in the local area," Magistrate Amanda Barron said."
Lloris was arrested at 2am after failing a roadside breathalyzer test and appeared at Westminster Magistrates' court on Tuesday, September 11.
The 31-year-old World Cup winner spent seven hours in custody at Charing Cross police station before he was released on bail.
