Chelsea summer signings Kepa Arrizabalaga and Mateo Kovacic both took part in their first training session with the club at a rainy Cobham on Thursday.
Just a few hours after sealing their moves to the west London club, the duo had their first taste of life under Maurizio Sarri as they met their new manager and teammates for the first time.
The Chelsea boss has already decided to hand Kepa an immediate debut in the Blues' Premier League opener against Huddersfield on Saturday, though Kovacic is lacking the required match sharpness.

While Kepa is fit and ready to make his debut away to Huddersfield, Kovacic may need more time to build up match fitness - while Sarri already has plenty of options in midfield.
Speaking after his move, the Croatian explained: 'I haven't trained a lot at Real Madrid because I badly wanted to come to Chelsea so I didn't do much training. I will give my best to be ready [as soon as possible].'
