Chelsea and Manchester City have both made Robert Lewandowski an offer to leave Bayern Munich this summer, according to reports in Poland.

The 29-year-old won his sixth Bundesliga title this season, while he also finished as the division's top goalscorer for the third time in his career.

But according to Przeglad Sportowy, Lewandowski wants to leave Bayern Munich and has been granted permission by Poland's national team to delay his arrival with the squad ahead of the World Cup in order to finalise his transfer.

The report claims that the striker has received a 'concrete offer' from Chelsea, although the prospect of stepping down to the Europa League next season could put him off a move to Stamford Bridge.

Manchester City are also said to be keen on a move for Lewandowski, with Pep Guardiola particularly interested in reuniting with the player he managed at Bayern Munich.

Paris Saint-Germain are also in the running to sign Lewandowski as his agent Pini Zahavi has a good relationship with the French club's hierarchy.

Real Madrid have been linked with a move but recent reports have claimed that the Champions League holders have cooled their interest in the striker.

Speaking last week about Lewandowski's potential exit, Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge insisted that the striker's sale this summer was unlikely.

'We have contracts, and in my experience they are kept at Bayern,' he said.
