Willian has appeared to take a major dig at Antonio Conte by erasing the Chelsea manager from a team celebration photo after their FA Cupfinal victory over Manchester United on Saturday.
Eden Hazard's first-half penalty at Wembley has ensured that Chelsea finished an underwhelming season with a trophy, although that may not be enough for Conte to keep his job at Stamford Bridge.
After the match, the Italian openly challenged Chelsea's hierarchy to back or sack him and insisted that he would not be prepared to change his methods.
Conte has suffered bust-ups with several players during his two-year stint at Chelsea, most notably with Diego Costa, who ended up joining Atletico Madrid last summer, and David Luiz, who was dropped following an argument in the aftermath of the 3-0 defeat to Roma in the Champions League in October and has been used sparingly since.
But it appears that Willian, who started on the bench for the FA Cup final, may not be on good terms with Conte, judging by the Brazilan's post on Instagram.
In a photo of the entire Chelsea team and backroom staff celebrating, Willian decorated the picture with trophy emojis but decided to put three close together to block out Conte completely.
In the build up to the FA Cup final, the Brazil international also hinted at a rift with the Chelsea manager during an interview with ESPN.
Asked how happy he is with the Italian, Willian told replied: 'Oh boy! Do you really want me to tell you?'
In March, Diego Costa fired a similar dig at Conte by posting a picture of Chelsea's line-up for their Champions League fixture against Barcelona but scrubbed out the Italian's name from the image.
Willian, meanwhile, has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United where he would reunite with former manager Jose Mourinho.
Earlier this week, reports claimed that United had opened talks with Willian's entourage to determine whether a transfer this summer would be possible.
