Emre Can joined Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen in 2014 and has made 154 appearances, scoring 16 goals.
He will become the latest in a long line of top talents Juventus have snapped up on a free transfer.
Most recently, they got Dani Alves from Barcelona, and Sami Khedira from Real Madrid after his contract had expired.
