Real Madrid have entered the race to sign Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona face stiff competition from their La Liga rivals.
The report said that Real Madrid are ready to muscle in on Barcelona's "Operation Coutinho," after enquiring about the Brazilian's availability with Liverpool.
The Brazilian has been lined up for a January move to the Nou Camp, but Real can wait until next summer to finalise a deal should the 25-year-old remains at Anfield.
Also big-spenders, Paris Saint-Germain are monitoring Coutinho's situation.
The player's value looks set to hit the €150 million mark.
In a situation they fail to sign Coutinho, Barca have drawn up a four-man shortlist as possible targets.
In the list are Schalke duo - Leon Goretzka and Max Meyer along with Bayer Leverkusen's Julian Brandt and Monaco's Thomas Lemar.
