Former Arsenal striker, Thierry Henry, has sought to explain why Manchester United's Romelu Lukaku, was ineffective in their 0-0 draw with Liverpool on Saturday.
The Belgium international has been in impressive form this season and is currently the Premier League's top scorer with seven goals.
However, he was unable to score against the Reds at Anfield, recording only one shot on target in 90 minutes.
I think he was too eager to score that goal that everyone would be talking about against a big team," Henry said on Sky Sports.
"This is the first time he has had to do it with a Manchester United shirt on.
"And I think he was too eager in the first half and he wasn't in the right frame of mind to finish that one vs one he had with [Simon] Mignolet and sometimes that does play on your mind.
"But like I said he will have other opportunities to rectify that.
