The Lagos Government has announced restriction of movement on July 22nd, which is the local government election day.
The election, which will hold across the 20 Local Governments and 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) across the state will take place on Saturday, July 22nd.
In a press release by the commissioner of information and strategy, Steve Ayorinde.
He said;
The restriction of movement across the state will be enforced between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday July 22, to allow for a smooth conduct of the polls and unhindered participation.
We hope it becomes a free and fair election.
