Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas has become the first player ever to record ten or more assists in six different Premier League seasons.
Diego Costa and Marcos Alonso opened the scoring for the Blues at Stamford Bridge on Monday night but it was the third goal from Nemanja Matic which made Fabregas a history-maker.
The Spaniard, who of course spent eight seasons at Arsenal, dinked the ball into the path of Matic and the Serbian finished confidently past Brad Guzan to make it 3-0 to Antonio Conte's side.
Fabregas' assist took him to ten for the season to reach the milestone and the effort put him two behind Christian Eriksen and Gylfi Sigurdsson for the 2016/17 campaign.
