Spanish publication Marca published a number of interesting stats after Sunday's El Clasico between Real Madrid and Barcelona, including the fastest players and who ran furthest.
In terms of pace, Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué recorded a high speed of 33.33km/h. The highest of anyone on the pitch.
Real Madrid pair Marco Asensio (33.22km/h) and Cristiano Ronaldo (33.14km/h) lagged behind Pique in the speed rankings.
In terms of who ran furthest during the game, Marca reveal that Barcelona ran seven kilometres more than opponents Real Madrid, with full-back Sergi Roberto covering 12km - a record high.
Jordi Alba and teammate Ivan Rakitic both covered 11km. Interesting statistics indeed.
Who'd have thought Pique would be faster than the likes of Ronaldo and Asensio?
