Ice Prince's manager, Nanle, has broken the silence on the alleged violently clash between Davido and the rapper at the concert, 'Delta Alive', organised by Quilox CEO Shina Peller.
The report of the clash first surfaced on social media yesterday when folks who claimed to be witnesses to the incident said the singer and rapper fell out just after arriving the city. Allegedly, Shina Peller sent a Mercedes Benz G Wagon to pick up Davido, while a salon car picked up Iceprince. The rapper allegedly was not happy with the arrangement, and was further pissed when he was scheduled to perform before Lil Kesh, an artiste he believes he is bigger than.
Allegedly, Davido, who had had a physical altercation with Mc Galaxy, heard of the rapper's displeasure with the airport pick-up as well as with the performance arrangement and 'jumped in' to defend Lil Kesh.
Here's what a source told LIB:
"When they got back to the hotel, Davido was really pissed so much that he went to Ice Prince's door and started shouting and banging on the door before they calmed him down. When they were coming back to Lagos, they had to move them to the airport separately and put them in separate lounges at the airport because they were still boiling at each other."
Another unconfirmed source said the duo fought backstage, leading to destruction of equipment.
While neither artistes has spoken up, Iceprince's manager has denied the allegations.
"There was no dispute between anybody. After the event, both Davido and Ice Prince went clubbing," the manager told Pulse.
We can't wait for the stars to directly address the claims.
