A university student was 'lured' to a flat, imprisoned, forced to strip n*ked and assaulted in university halls, Metro UK reports.
Police have launched a major manhunt for four men they wish to speak to, believed to be from Rochdale.
The 19-year-old victim had gone to visit a friend at Sanctuary Halls in Moor Lane, Preston, at around 10.15pm on Thursday March 2.
But when he entered the flat, he was attacked by four men. When he tried to escape, he was dragged back inside.
Two more men arrived and the victim was punched, forced to strip and assaulted. The gang then threatened the victim, demanding cash from him before leaving the flat.
After the victim managed to escape, having suffered injuries to his face and nose, he called the police.
Detectives say they want to speak to the men pictured in connection with the assault.
Det Con Richard Clancy, from Preston CID, said: 'This was a sickening and abhorrent attack where the victim was lured to an address in Preston before being assaulted and threatened.
'The incident has left the 19-year-old very shaken, and it is crucial we find those responsible.
'Following extensive CCTV enquiries, we want to speak to these four men in connection with the offences.
'Intelligence suggests the men might be from the Greater Manchester area, possibly Rochdale.
'If you recognise any of the individuals involved, please contact police immediately.'
