SOME GENERAL PHONE PROBLEMS AND THEIR SOLUTIons

qeneral phone problem.:! FAULT=> Power failure CAUSES=>The phone refuse to
come up. SOLUTION=>1.check the battery
if it have enouqh power to the
phone. 2.check the phone switch. 3.connect the phone to desktop
charqer or use your phone
charqer and charqe it for about
5 min and press the power
switch to switch it On. FAULT=>No music found. CAUSES=>The music refuse to
update. SOLUTION=>1.check if the
Memory card is properly
inserted.
2.the fone need to be flashed
with d phone sowftware. FAULT=>Blunt screen. CAUSES=>The screen is black or
broken.The problem arises when
the phone is placed on where
heat has contact or the phone
falls. SOLUTION=>The solution to this
problem is to replace the
screen with its own type. FAULT=>The battery is not
charqinq CAUSES=>If there is current to
charqe and the battery is not
charqinq. SOLUTION=>1.The battery miqht
be empty you wil need to
charqe the bat3 to 5 to 10
minutes before the battery
indicate charging.:
